Add Users to Account

Users can only be added to your Routera account by users with admin permission settings. There is no limit to the amount of users on your account, and users can be included in lead distributions across all your platforms. 

In order to invite new users to your account, simply:

  • Navigate to My Account on your main navigation
  • Select Account Settings in the dropdown
  • Navigate to the Users tab in the My Account navigation
  • Click Add User on the right-hand side
  • Enter the user's Email, First Name and Last Name
  • Click Add User

If you are integrating with HubSpot, users' email addresses must match their email on HubSpot in order for the assignment to work.
