Manage User Availability

You can mange your user availability in account settings. Your user availability will be incorporated into any published lead router that has you listed in the distribution. 

All working hours are based off the account time zone which can be set by all users with admin access permission. 

In order to modify  your own overall availability:

  • Navigate to My Account in the main navigation
  • Select the Profile tab
  • Toggle the Main availability toggle

  • Click Save

In order to modify others' overall availability, your user must have admin access permissions:

  • Navigate to My Account in the main navigation
  • Select the Users tab
  • Toggle the Main availability toggle for each user

In order to modify your daily Working hours availability:

  • Navigate to My Account in the main navigation
  • Select the Profile tab
  • Toggle each daily Working hour availability
  • Select the From and To working hours for each day of the week
  • Click Save
