Users can be removed from your account. This will automatically remove them from all prior lead routers.
It is recommended that you review all lead routers with the user you would like to remove. After deleting a user, any published lead router with this user may have distributions settings reset.
In order to remove a user from your account:
- Navigate to My Account in the main navigation
- Select Account Settings
- Navigate to the Users tab in My Account menu
- Check the User you are looking to delete
- Click the Trash Bin icon
