After a router is published you can quickly unpublish it in the Review & Publish page
Routers can easily be unpublished to stop lead assignments.
To unpublish a lead router:
- In your Routera account, go to Lead Router on your main navigation
- Select the lead router that you wish to unpublish
- Navigate to the Review & Publish tab
- Select Unpublish at the bottom of the page
